Hmm... Twenty days since last we met? No one ever said I was consistent.
Honestly, my day job has been ridiculously busy for the past month, and I'm flat-out beat when I get home. My enthusiasm for composing interesting missives is not particularly high. Also, the damned pollen is killin' me.
Anyway, let's get to it.

Tom Petty Unlimited, the LLC established to control the late rocker's estate, has filed a suit against his widow, Dana York Petty, on behalf of Adria and Annakim Violette Petty, the late rocker's daughters.
Attorneys for the daughters claim they have made "countless efforts to resolve this matter amicably and out of court" and that they "could no longer stand idly by and watch Dana disrespect Tom's wishes, his music and his legacy." The lawsuit claims that Petty gave equal responsibility over his estate to them and York Petty- who they say has exercised "gross mismanagement" of the company.
The lawsuit also claims York Petty had exploited the "master recordings" Tom Petty had made throughout his career, and created a competing company called Tom Petty Legacy that had attempted "to usurp Plaintiff's business opportunities and misappropriate its assets."
York Petty's attorney said the suit "demonstrates exactly why Tom Petty designated his wife to be the sole trustee with authority to manage his estate. Dana will not allow destructive nonsense like this to distract her from protecting her husband's legacy."

The Big Bang Theory and Game of Thrones have aired their last episodes. In the first case, it's about fucking time. In the second case, okey dokey, then (not my thing- plus, no HBO).

Avengers: Endgame only made $29.9 million last weekend, and fell to number two in the weekend box office.
In four weeks, it's made $2.61 billion dollars- $171 million behind Avatar. Four weeks. Nuts.

Speaking of the Avengers, you folks who fawn over Scarlett Johansson must be sad today, huh? She hasn't had much luck, though- so maybe there's still hope for you. Not that I wish her bad luck or anything (I like Agent Hill better).
