Am I the only one creeped the fuck out by the Skittles commercial with the Rasta dude milking the giraffe? I mean, it just looks wrong.

Burning Man fans are up in arms about new federal restrictions that have been proposed for the event.
At the U.S. Bureau of Land Management's Monday meeting, a draft environmental impact statement proposed the security searches be increased and the new barriers be erected if the event if it is permitted to expand its capacity to 100,000 attendees.

Festival supporters were among the nearly 200 people who attended the meeting and claimed the proposed changes would cause more harm to the environment than existing requirements. The potential measures- which include mandated trash containers that opponents say would attract an accumulation of garbage at the site, while most festival-goers pack out their trash- are part of the Bureau's consideration of a new 10-year special use permit.
Organizers claim the changes would add $10 million annually to the costs of the week-long event.
One person who attended in support of the new regulations said the agency is "dealing with a public lands user group that has had few controls put on their behaviors for decades and they want to see it stay that way... Burning Man is the single largest gathering on any sort of public lands in the country and needs to be treated the same way we treat a gold mine, an oilfield or an off-road vehicle race."
A final statement will be issued in July that will either allow the capacity boost, keep it at the current 80,000 limit, cut it to 50,000, or deny the permit altogether.
