I think I must have some kind of seriously bizarre injury magnet in my body.
In the past five years, I've had surgery to report a torn tendon in my ankle and a torn rotator cuff (though the shoulder thing is likely the result of something that happened a very long time ago).
And I think I've now managed to strain something in my bicep.
Damnation!
