I haven't heard the new James Bond theme yet, but I'm sure Live And Let Die is still the best one- followed by A View to a Kill, We Have All the Time in the World, Goldfinger, Nobody Does It Better, For Your Eyes Only, Diamonds Are Forever, You Only Live Twice, and The Man With the Golden Gun.

An unnamed woman has filed a $50 million lawsuit against the estate of Rick James, claiming the late singer raped her at a group home in Buffalo, New York in 1979.
The suit was filed last week under the Child Victims Act, which established a one year litigation window for victims who were once blocked by the statute of limitations.
The woman, who was 15 at the time of the alleged incident, said James was visiting another patient at the home and came into her room after dinner and raped her.
"He grabbed my hair and pushed my head into the pillow," the woman said in the suit. "I tried to fight him off, but he told me to 'shut up and quit moving or I’ll cut you.'" She says she has suffered "physical, psychological and emotional injury" because of the incident.
James was convicted of assaulting two women in 1993 and served over two years in prison.

Did you know Foo Fighters have been around for 25 years? They're going on tour to celebrate it, too- recreating their 1995 tour with stops in the same 10 cities where that tour stopped, beginning with Phoenix and wrapping up in Ontario. No Atlanta stop, though.

In a move reminiscent of Colonel Tom Parker's machinations, T-Pain has purchased the rights to fucktpain.com and started selling his own merchandise from it- including a tee-shirt featuring the site's slogan, "T-Pain sucks!."
No such thing as bad publicity, right?

A musical inspired by the life and music of Bob Marley will debut in London next year. Get Up, Stand Up! will debut on what would be Marley's 76th birthday- February 6, 2021- at London's Lyric Theater.
The show is being brought to the stage by Olivier Award winning duo Lee Hall and director Dominic Cooke. Playwright Arinzé Kene will be taking on the role of Marley. The show will include classic Marley hits like Three Little Birds and No Woman No Cry.
Kene says he's "absolutely honoured to be able to take on this role. It is not only an honour to be able to spread Bob Marley’s message further, but to get to be him for a little while is a lifelong dream come true. I grew up on his music and his mantra and he has been one of my role models since I was a child. I feel as if he’s in my DNA. He’s the man, I love him."
Marley’s daughter Cedella said her father’s "music means so much to so many people around the world, we’re beyond thrilled to be able to bring it to both fans and new audiences... As a family we feel that our father would be proud to know that his legacy is a source of creative inspiration and continues to bring people together."
Tickets go on sale April 21.
