#WhatsHappening for December 5, 2016

Hey-ho kids. Hope you all had a good weekend. Back to the grind now, right?

I hadn't watched "The Walking Dead" since the opening show of the season. Not because I was upset about the show (I wasn't, I was 99% certain of who was going to be on the receiving end of Lucille's wrath)- I just hadn't had time.
Unlike a lot of fans I've seen things from, I'm not turned off by the show's course so far this season. Having read the comics (which are a few years ahead of where the show is), I'm actually impressed by what they're doing with Neagan, considering just how much they have to tone things down for television.
I'll tell you what does irritate me about the show, though (and it always has)- just how in the blazing fuck have these people managed to survive so damned long, considering all the flat out stupid shit they do?

Madonna told a crowd at a party Friday night in Miami that she still loves Sean Penn, and would marry him again.
The singer was the host of the charity gala at Art Basel, where she helped raise more than $7.5 million for Malawi while auctioning off photographs, tour memorabilia, and pieces from her own art collection.
The offer to re-marry Penn was contingent on him bidding $150,000 for the honor.

Kristen Stewart is the star of the Rolling Stones’ new video for "Ride ’Em on Down."
I know there's a joke in there somewhere, I just can't quite get there.

Luke Bryan isn't a fan of the single-finger salute.
Last Wednesday, Bryan stopped in the middle of his performance at the Volunteer Jam in Nashville and took a swing at a heckler in the front row. Quite a few attendees caught the action on their cell phones and posted the videos to social media.
A representative for Bryan said the man Bryan hit was "making crude hand gestures toward Luke during his performance. It was insulting not only to him, but more importantly to the men, women and families sitting around him who were there to support and celebrate Charlie Daniels and the efforts of raising money for the military veterans– some of who were in the audience. The concert security personnel saw the man's disruptive actions of the event and he was escorted out."

Justin Bieber says "Hell is Instagram."
Personally, I think hell is listening to Justin Bieber's "music."

Live Nation says rapper Jeremih will no longer be performing for the PartyNextDoor's Summer's Over tour after making numerous disparaging comments regarding the headliner.
"Live Nation’s top priority is helping artists and performers create great shows for their fans. With this in mind, we've decided it's best for the Summer’s Over Tour to continue without Jeremih, effective immediately," said a spokersperson for the promoters.
"After multiple incidents we are left with no other choice. We do not support these actions or take these actions lightly. Ticketholders may request a full refund at point of purchase, which will forfeit access to the entire show. No partial refunds will be issued."
