Got your shopping done?
Well, what are you waiting for? My pony's not going to buy itself!
Things that irritate me (i.e., Yes I have early onset Grumpy Old Man syndrome), Thursday edition:
- Geico commercials with the gecko. Enough already.
- Progressive commercials with any iteration of Flo. See above.
- 24 hours of 'A Christmas Story.' The more you fucking show it (talking to you, TBS), the more I hate it. You've taken what I once thought was a mildly enjoyable movie and turned it into some I absolutely loathe.
- The incessant commercials for 'Sing' and 'Why Him?' They both look like steaming piles of shit. The more I see the commercials, the more I want to punch everyone involved.
- 2016, as a whole.

Add Celine Dion to the list of performers who've said "no" to performing at the 2017 inaugural ceremony.
Yahoo's TheWrap reports that "insiders" report that Las Vegas hotelier Steve Wynn had promised to deliver the French Canadian hitmaker for the January 20 festivities, but could not do so.
It's also reported that, despite earlier indications otherwise, that Garth Brooks has now also said he would not perform for the president-elect.
Of course, you'd never know that from Team Trump's publicity department, who emailed Yahoo! that "First class entertainers are eager to participate in the inaugural events. The inauguration as a whole will be an exciting and uniting celebration of freedom and democracy. We will be releasing further details at the appropriate time." This despite the fact that the only report I've seen about anyone actually accepting the invite is a 16 year old whose claim to fame is appearing on a so-called talent show on TV.
