Hello there.
I know, it's been a while. I'm just having trouble getting motivated. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.
On the plus side, I'm still working my day job. I realize how truly fortunate I am to still enjoy a steady income, when so many others do not. I've also managed not to catch Corona. At least, as far as I know. My worst complaint- at the moment- is that head feels like it's stuffed with cotton and it's hard to breathe (all pollen, not virus).
Also, like a lot of you, I'm also disheartened with ... well... everything: Murders hiding behind badges. Homophobes. Science deniers. Racists. Especially racists. It feels like there's no end to the idiocy that our species can concoct.
I'm working to get back into the swing of distracting you here, but it may take a little longer. For those of you who still enjoy the little missives from my corner of the couch, thanks for hanging in there. For those of you who don't care one way or the other, well- if you're reading this, you must have some reason you stick around, so thank you, too.
