♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫
Right now, we could all use some good news, so here's a run down of who's trying to help:
The Elton John Foundation has established a COVID-19 emergency fund to help communities that could be catastrophically impacted by this global pandemic.
In a video message posted to his Twitter page Saturday, John said the foundation has "prioritized the most vulnerable people to HIV to end the AIDS epidemic, and we're committed to this during the COVID-19 crisis, too."
"Distributing medicines, testing and preventative treatment is not as simple as it was a few weeks ago, so our new COVID-19 emergency fund will help frontline partners to prepare for, and respond to, the pandemic and its affects on HIV prevention and care for the most marginalized communities."
John personally  donated $1 million to jump start the foundation's emergency fund.

Lady Gaga has thrown her support behind America's Food Fund, "a new initiative directly supporting (FeedingAmerica) and the (World Central Kitchen) to feed those in need & impacted by #COVID19," while her Haus Laboratories makeup brand is helping support the L.A. Regional Food Bank and the Food Bank for New York City.

"So many of these heroic healthcare workers are risking their own lives," the couple said in a statement billyjoel.com. "We cannot begin to express our gratitude for them and our concern for their well-being."

Jay-Z and Rihanna's charitable foundations (The Shawn Carter Foundation and The Clara Lionel Foundation) are each donating $1 million to relief efforts to "support undocumented workers, the children of frontline health workers and first responders, and incarcerated, elderly and homeless populations in New York City and Los Angeles."
Rihanna's foundation has also donated $5 million to various organizations around the globe, from the US to Malawi.

Selena Gomez has made a direct donation to Cedars Sinai Hospital to assist in buying "masks and ventilators", adding that the hospital had "taken such good care of me so it’s my turn to show my gratitude."

G-Eazy his Endless Summer Fund has joined with Larkin Street Youth Services to provide meals to at-risk youth in San Francisco for at least the next month.

James and Kim Taylor have donated $1 million to Massachusetts General Hospital, calling the hospital "a point of pride...– and this is especially true today with the threat coming from a new and insidious virus. ... Kim and I want to be part of this fight. We have been so inspired by the courage and sacrifice of the health care heroes in the trenches who are working so hard to protect us all."

Ricky Martin has teamed with  Project Hope to assist help health care workers across the the globe.
"In a situation like this, I need to do stuff," Martin said on Instagram. "As you know, health care professionals are extremely vulnerable and professionals around the world don’t have personal protection equipment they need to prevent them getting infected."

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds were donating $1 million to Food Banks Canada and Feeding America
"I think we can all agree, Covid-19 is an asshole," Reynolds said on Instagram.

Justin Timberlake has donated to his hometown's Mid-South Food Bank. (I had no idea he was from Memphis- I thought he was Canadian.)
"This is a crazy time, but remember we'll all in it together. Start small and support your local communities by getting food out to those in need," he Tweeted. "Every. little. thing. helps."

Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert, who caused an uproar during a press conference prank before the shit really hit the fan and then tested positive for the virus has $500,000 to those impacted by the suspension of the NBA season, including $200,000 for part-time employees at Salt Lake City's Vivint Home Arena.
